Low back pain is mostly of either mechanical or discogenic origin. Mechanical ones appear in the lumbar region after standing, constant sitting or long walks. In these patients, the examination and MRI screening are evaluated together to determine the pain point and the pain is relieved with the necessary radiofrequency or injections. Similar methods can be applied for neck pain.
